What are CSS Transitions?

You can use the CSS Transitions panel to create transitions for elements visually as you design your web pages. For example, you can use CSS transitions to hover over an image and get a fly out menu with some animation (e.g. speed of the fly out) included. In times past, this required JavaScript. Using the transitions panel in Dreamweaver CS6 now makes this really easy to do. There are many other types of CSS transitions you can now do in Dreamweaver.
